Xmas in July
Jul. 5th, 2004 03:15 pmOne of the highlights of yesterday was breaking open all of our boxes of video tapes and DVDs. I had forgotten about half of what we had. Matter of fact, I thought I was done unpacking...only for me to find two more boxes.
The greatest part was getting all of my MST3K episodes out. I finally put them in alphabetical order (too lazy of a fan to research show numbers and file them that way). It was also nice to give the copies I recorded from others/TV to my brother since I have accumulated a couple of the DVD collections since moving to Huntsville.
We have yet to break the CDs out. One of my duties this evening is to get the two CD jukeboxes hooked up to the receiver. Then the joy of organizing the CDs will begin!!! Since the new, larger TV is lacking in video inputs (ask if you want the details) I won't be able to use the TV for scrolling through the CD info. This means I'm going to need to find some sort of books to make finding CDs easier until that problem is rectified.
There are some times that having as many CDs as I do can be a real pain in the ass.
