Britney's New Video - WTF!?

csberryI have Tivo grab Insomniac Music Theatre off of VH1 overnights (it plays more AAA leaning pop than VH1 might usually...when they show videos, at least). Typically I FF through the 3 hours, only to stop for videos I don't recognize or want to see. I had to stop for Britney's new one.
Britney is the tortured celebrity w/ boyfriend Stephen Dorff. They ride unhappily in a limo, deal w/ photographers and fans, he rips up some tabloids, they fight in the way to their hotel room, they throw stuff in the room, she hops into a full tub, finds blood on her head, and slowly sinks underwater.
Now this is where things start to get really fucked up.
Apparently she is now an angel and we see her body being found by the boyfriend and taken to the hospital. They try to revive her, but...a baby is born instead.
So did she die and her soul is now in this newborn?
BUT then we see Britney wake up in the tub and get out.
