Two lines mean I'm going to have my hands full, right?

JD did the math and it looks like the due date is Dec 18. My dad is cheering for an early delivery like Calvin (his b-day is 12/1).

We are naming him/her "Froggy" while in the womb. Calling Calvin "Ducky" did such wonders in getting duck themed items in gender-neutral colors that "Froggy" was a pretty easy pick.

JD's decided to again skip the hospital and deliver at a "birth center" just over the border in Ardmore, TN. Apparently Alabama makes assisted home births illegal and there are obstacles to having birth centers in the state. Thankfully, Ardmore is only 45 minutes away and is a straight shot from Huntsville.

For those of you around for the first pregnancy, JD has flipped from "horny wife" to "emotional stick in the mud." She's tired all the time and VERY snippy. The "play around teasing husband" has thus been put away into the attic for the next 9 months or so.

Well, congrats, man! That's great (except for the snippy part). Hey, speaking of snippy, are you planning to call it quits after two? :)

Cool - you'll get lots of green stuff. Green rules!

We are going to shift to some "permanent" form of birth control. I'm completely willing to get my plumbing worked on. I, honestly, need to seriously research the option. There is a history of prostate cancer on my dad's side and I've seen stories both for and against snipping as it relates to cancer. Definitely on my To-Do List.

I don't believe that parents should let themselves get outnumbered by the little ones. The idea of a hostile coup in the house haunts me.

Hey man, if there's two of them and two of you, you are outnumbered.
