When I was a govt contractor there were two similar phrases that really drove me up the wall. Every company seems to use them, so the phrases are utter nonsense in reality. Most govt contractor websites or proposals refer to the company or the work they do as "World Class/First Class." WTF does that mean!? Are there companies that market to the govt and say otherwise?
