Countdown to Christmas Party Time and All Around the Watchtower are the two XTC songs I can strike from the collection without mercy. I love Thanks for Christmas, though.

Agree w/ you definitely on the "All Around the Watchtower" cover. I'm 95% with you on "Countdown...". When I reach for an XTC XMAS song, "Thanks for Christmas" is the easy choice. But I occasionally get (this morning as an example) "AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH IT'S CHRISTMAS!" stuck in my head and have to listen to the song to quench the ear worm.

You are a sneaky one too. I never touched the box of tea you sent until last night. I was debating whether to just wrap the box or open things up. I decided to pop it open and saw what you stashed in there!

Thank you very much! JD and I buried our noses in the bags several times last evening as a kind of aromatherapy after the packed, stressed day we had traveling and partying.

one time we were riding around in one of my good friend's cars listening to Rag and Bone Buffet on cassette tape in the middle of july and we drove past a swanky steak house in norfolk VA near my apartment and at the final countdown part i rose out of the sunroof of his car going "AWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHH IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!"
