Do you think that the new mayor is being a big Grinch by announcing that people who decorate trees along Cecil Ashburn will be prosecuted for littering? I do and I plan on letting him know by mailing a few chunks of "coal" to his office at:

Battle was a city councilman in the 90's and just replaced Loretta Spencer as mayor.
