February 29th birthdays are quite rare. In fact, 4 times as rare as other birthdays, I guess. I think I know 3 people with that birthday. One of them is on LJ and I sent him a "Happy 6th Leap Year Birthday" IM this morning. He didn't respond and say thanks or anything, which has me a little down. He's in Louisville.
