Question #3 I half answered. An awful lot of those would be contribute to amazing sex, but the bar isn't as high for satisfactory sex.

I've observed, over 10 years of marriage and 12 years of regular sex, that an orgasm gives only short-term relief to my sex drive unless it occurs during bareback PIV sex. Condoms, oral, masturbation -- these just don't do it for more than 12 hours.

Knowing there are estrogen receptors (http://www.cirp.org/pages/parents/lostlist/) (#6) on the foreskin, I imagine there are other chemical exchanges taking place which science has yet to discover. I surmise that because even after I shower the morning after sex, I can still smell my wife on my body. It's as if my chemistry has been permeated and altered. Only then am I sexually gratified and not "hungry" for a good 24 hours or more.
