Microsoft Office Glitch

About a month or so ago I noticed that Word was doing something new on my computer. Each time I try deleting a block (anything more than a single character), there's a "Delete box Y/N" that appears at the bottom. The other day I noticed this come up in Outlook or Publisher and I knew I had to do something about this. It is truly annoying to have to approve each and every deletion of a block of text.

I've searched in Help and MS's online (trying not to laugh) support with nothing about this. Anyone know about this?

Aha! I duplicated it! Here's what you do:
Go to Tools> Options> General
Uncheck Help for WordPerfect users and Navigation keys for WordPerfect users.

That should do it.

Oh, God bless you, that did do the trick! I don't know how the hell the "Help for WordPerfect" box became checked.
