Feb. 21st, 2008 07:40 amI'm feeling a bit sluggish this morning. Okay night of sleep, just don't want to actually get up and do anything.
After glancing at weather.com's version of today (high of only 48 now? Was 60 when I looked last night), I'm thinking I might stay home for another "fire day." The extended forecast is all 50s and 60s. While I KNOW the temps are going to dip again, I look at that mountain of firewood in the backyard and want to use it at every opportunity.
I was already planning on coming home sometime before my 2:30pm meeting anyway to take Calvin to Little Gym at 3:30pm. Come home at lunchtime or just in time for the meeting? Since JD will be taking Nigel to his Little Gym class at 9am, I will get 60-75 minutes of solitude to do the two tasks that I NEED to do today. Doing ham/spam with a kid or two around is doable for the remainder of my time at home.
Guess I just convinced myself of my plans. Now to execute.
Right after a good stretch...
