Friends and fellow LJ-er's, I have a confession.

I like "Forever and for Always" by Shania Twain.

I've tried not to like it. My distaste for her has been strong enough to withstand everything she's released (other than the catchiness of "Any Man of Mine"'s chorus). However, I actually like "Forever..." - what lyrics I've paid attention to, the chorus is dreamy, and (like most of the work Mutt has done) has a polished, produced sound that accentuates the music.

This is worse than my liking Timberlake's "Rock Your Body." At least with that, I can put 80% of the credit on Pharrell Williams' songwriting and production. I have to give Shania more than 20% of the credit for my liking her song.

Don't worry, there is no threat of me downloading it. I'm only to the point that I don't instantly change stations when "Forever..." pops up on the radio.

Calvin developed a fear/hatred for cameras very early in his life. He hasn't been photographed as much as the avg kid, I'll blame it on flashes annoying him.

He hasn't freaked out so much when he sees a camera and doesn't mind them as long as they aren't taking a picture of him. We've been working on getting him to enjoy looking at the LCD viewer when we take pics. Today I took some pics of myself w/ him on the other side. I was able to get him psyched up and on the receiving end of the camera for one shot.

Will Man finally come to a balance with nature?
Will Man be the final species to die in this mass extinction?

How much effort should be put towards saving every species that approaches extinction?
