Argh...JD may be going into the birth center tomorrow. It seems that they have a woman tentatively scheduled for Friday. Her lab results should be in this evening. Depending on what those say, they won't need to do her early on Friday and can do her next week...thus allowing us to do this on Friday. I was prepared that we probably wouldn't control the time that the baby comes, but I don't want to go from knowing it will happen in 2-4 weeks to it happening in 24 hours.

I will be thinking about all of you until I hear what's happened. Birth, of my children or other's children, always puts me in a prayerful frame of mind, so I'll be praying for you and JD and duckie. I think I've been holding on to this secret hope that somehow I'd finished my OB classes and plan a visit for just the right time for baby to join you.
