The National Weather Service and the Weather Channel have been jumpin on my nerves lately. For the past week, I've been begging for a break from the upper 80's with high humidity. Each day looks to be cooler than the present day. But the reality is much warmer than they want me to believe it is. The forecasting is to the point where I'm having to automatically adjust the projected high temp up 5-7 degrees. Today was the umpteenth time in the past two weeks where the temp at 11am is 5+ degrees more than the forecast high and around 7-10 degrees more than what was estimated for the time of day.

I know, how pedestrian can csberry get? Complaining about weathermen is about as exciting to read as...okay, most everything else that I post.

I last talked to him just before I left Dallas in May 2003. He was doing voice work from a home studio. I think he was talking to some friends about remote hosting syndication or fill-in work from his home. His gastric by-pass progress had stalled out and he was getting frustrated with the struggle between his appetite and stomach capacity.

I sent an email to him shortly after leaving there but his address was no longer valid. Since it was a home account, he either changed ISPs or moved. Both of them are very likely. Late last year I did a Google search for him and only found KLIF references and one to his old show in Little Rock, Arkansas.
