csberryI'm not liking this whole alarm-going-off-at-2:55am thing AT ALL! I was so worn out on Friday. I drove around for 1 1/2 hours on Friday after cashing my paycheck...determined that I would find someplace to pick up lunch for myself and JD. Unfortunately, I was so tired, apathetic, and cranky that nothing looked good and nothing looked so bad that I would actually eliminate the restaurant/genre/whatever. I ended up driving up and down the same strips looking at the same places and not being able to come to any sort of decision or closure on the whole lunch thing. Also complicating things is that I called JD a couple of times...AND SHE HAD NO CRAVINGS! What's up with that? Pregnant women always have cravings! I ended up having her call to California Pizza Kitchen for pizza for me to pick up.
I slept a good bit this weekend, but I was yawning like crazy this morning. Bummer.
JD had another sonogram today. The kid is BIG. She said that it's about 3 weeks ahead of schedule in size. I think JD's starting to realize that the baby will be taller than her as soon as it starts walking. :) So, they've ruled out PIH, but JD's going to have to take another glucose test tomorrow. Looks like I get the rest of the caramel corn and other sweets around the house since she might be eating too much sugar. Hopefully, she'll be able to get off of bed rest on Wednesday after the appointment.
Oh...I've fallen in love with 2 shows on BBC America: "Coupling" and "So Graham Norton." They come on Friday nights and it's become the reason why I drink Mtn Dew and stay up till midnight. :) "Coupling" is what "Friends" wishes it could be and Graham Norton has the wildest 30 minute late night chat show. Celebrities aren't guests to be interviewed as much as privileged audience members that get to sit on stage while Graham surfs the net, calls odd people on the phone, and makes audience members do odd things. Oh, and the barely clothed male models that escort all of the guests on stage are easy on the eyes (no secret that Graham's gay at all).
