Amazing Truth Spoken in the H'ville Times
It's from an article about funding for a robotics office here at NASA Marshall, but a quote from one "expert" is more true than I believe he intended. It speaks my truth most when you ignore the context, though:
Whether it's via pork, outdated programs, or another Fed program that far exceeds its directives from the Constitution; Congress sure knows how to dispose of the taxpayers' money.
"The president proposes a program, but Congress disposes of the money."
