Yesterday afternoon, I noticed it starting to get warm in the house. I check the thermostat and noticed it had switched to the default programing which moved the temp to 78 (I had it at either 74 or 75 at the time). I bump the temp down and walk away. After a bit, I notice the vent hadn't been blowing any air.

I verify the outside unit is working. I head up to the attic and am greeted by cool air. I open the unit and everything is iced inside. I turn off the A/C system for a while, check to see that it has thawed out, and turn the system back on. Same as before. Now, I've got to call the A/C folks again and hopefully they can come out here soon.

Today's weather? "Sunny. Warm. High of 83" Joy!

When Calvin started speaking, in earnest, around 3 years old, I loved to hear him say the word "head." Because he didn't say "hed," he said "hay-ed."

Today, I'm talking to a guy on the phone. When saying "white," he pronounced it "why-ette" - like Wyatt Earp. The Southern drawl has its annoying abuses of the language, but I find this aspect charming.
