Online Credit Cards

Alright, I'm going to post a business question here just for the hell of it.

My top task right now is research on cc merchant accounts/gateway/authorization services and software. Primary concerns for us are an easy ability (free/inexpensive) to do recurring billing, preferably have the service keep the numbers and other personal info so we don't have to worry about it, and AmEx processing for free.

Anyone happen to have any recommendations?
