(no subject)

I love the new Depeche Mode single, "Precious." They have accomplished something with this song that REM and other struggling, former college/progressive rock groups should do. The single could easily have been released in their hey-day, but the production values and sound are current.

It sounds like the band is reinvigorated...but I'll have to steal a listen to the album (Playing the Angel) to see if it's just them doing a retread.
