Just a shout-out for my man...

Mark Martin will hopefully not go into NASCAR history as the greatest driver not to have won a championship. He's come in 2nd four times and it's starting to look like he has another chance for the title. This is especially good given his announcement earlier this week that next season will be his last as a full-time driver (he's 45 in a sport that's becoming dominated by 20 year olds). I've been a Mark Martin fan for the past dozen years and I'm not quite ready to let him go yet. :) After all, it would be very nice to see him and his son Matt (a 12 year old driver) race against each other. Unfortunately, that is 6 years away since NASCAR's minimum age was bumped up to 18 from 16 a couple of years ago.
Anyways...
With 3 more races this season, I must show some love for my man being 84 points away from 1st after being over 200 away just a week ago.
GO MARK!!!
