The price of ignoring LJ

huntsville wanted to unload a pair of tickets to see the Pixies in B'ham tomorrow night. It was posted at 12:46pm and I'm seeing it at 10:28pm. I sent an email for the hell of it.
It sickens me more because I've signed up for a Pixies fanlist and have been Googlin' Pixie articles since hearing of the reunion earlier this year...BUT I hadn't the foggiest idea that they were playing in B'ham. I knew they were going thru Atlanta. Didn't think I had seen a date in Nashville. So, I'm shocked to hear about them playing in the great state of Alabama. :(
I saw them in Feb 92 in Nashville and really enjoyed it and I've seen Frank Black play twice in Nashville. I can live without seeing them again, but I want to see them every chance I get!
