Jun. 5th, 2002 07:52 pmOkay, I'm halfway through my first week of starting the show at 5am. It's not all that bad. My setting the clock a little earlier each day for the 2 or so weeks before really helped the transition. Doing an extra hour has been helped by some good news stories also. I'm not looking forward to when we hit a several day dry spell. I guess the FBI/CIA stuff is helping to keep us preoccupied when nothing more pressing jumps out at us.
JD's been on bedrest for the past several days. While she was in last week, her blood pressure was a tad high. She was checked again on Monday, and although it went down, it wasn't back to normal so she's on bedrest for all of this week. That has meant having to balance this extra work along with doing everything I can around the house so JD only leaves the couch for the bathroom. I can now vouch for the good taste of those bags of freezer meals...the fajita stuff and chow mein w/ the meat already in there were easy and tasty! Oh, another fun baby thing...Duckie might have gone heads up on us. The heartbeat had shifted from low to the upper right hand part of JD's belly. I've been trying to get her to do cartwheels to get the little bugger tails up. :)
