Dec. 13th, 2001 07:14 pmWork has been going absolutely gangbusters lately. I'm happy, D's happy, the bosses are happy, and the listeners/callers seem very happy. Today I finally got my business cards, so I finally feel that everything is in place and that this job is mine.
JD's been more bearable lately. :) Her bad days have been miserable for her, but she isn't taking it out on me as much...or maybe that's just my perception changing. I realized earlier today that we're about a week away from telling EVERYONE. I think that is definitely a big step.
I've must confess that I've been feeling a bit of success guilt lately. I've been blessed greatly this year and many of my friends are on tangents from their hopes and dreams. Not just you, K, but Brian, Jenny, and others haven't had good years but are in good enough shape to see a light at the end of the tunnel, the silver lining, or whatever they find to keep them going. Poor Brian is divorced, living w/ his parents, and driving a dump truck on Post after being laid off a couple of months ago.
